Universal Boschi in technical collaboration with an internationally approved Italian company - ING. L. & A. Boschi of Italy designs, develops and exports low pressure air separation plants that perform exceptionally, and need low power and low upkeep expenses and produce high yield. Our company gets acclaimed by clients worldwide for supplying them technologically advanced plants. In fact, a single plant can offer both oxygen as well as nitrogen in the both form gas as well as liquid. The purity of oxygen and nitrogen is upto 99.7% and 99.99% respectively.
One of our achievements is approval for CE certification meaning we are an approved organization for exporting our products and services to the USA and European countries. While manufacturing the plants, we take utmost care of quality, safety, health, money and environmental protection. We understand the requirement of our clients and thus provide safe and economical plants equipped with the latest technology.
Despite of technologically advanced and well equipped production units, we also own a R&D unit to analyze the international market and update our plants accordingly. The R&D team, headed by senior engineers who have years of experienced in designing‚ manufacturing and commissioning of plants, is responsible for carrying out research. Scope of Supply of Air Separation Plants -
Our quality controlling teams are involved in oxygen plant inspection and testing at our factory in New Delhi (India). Each component gets here carefully scrutinized in order to perform exceptionally.
Air Compressor : Filter system with steel structure and supports elements. Dedust system with valve, collecting machine, spray equipment, automatic clean and control system. Send the pressure difference signals to PLC by pressure differential transmitter. Instrument and electric control system
Air Purification Unit : Air Refrigerant compressor including special motor
- One condenser
- One evaporator/water cooler
- One set of Piping and valves

Molecular Sieve Battery on Skid : Complete with 2 nos. vessels, Reactivation heater complete with Molecular Sieve designed for process skid mounting.
Defrost Heater : Consist of heating coils and heating element 5 kW.
Gas/Air Lines as per Standard Layout : All pipelines for process air, Nitrogen and Oxygen line, HP line upto manifold along with short bend, elbow, socket and other necessary fitting as per our standard layout drawing.
Air Separation Column (cold box) : Cryogenic type completed with support and connected pipes and internal
Turbo Expander : the turbo expander is a rotary machine running on gas bearing. This is used to provide cooling for the liquefication of air at minus 180 to (-) 190degrees centigrade, including :
- Expansion turbine body
- Ventricular joint
- Inlet filter
- Silencer
- Bearing & sealed gas system
- Instrument gas filter
- ET bearing and sealed gas system
Oxygen Cylinder Filling System : The oxygen is filled into cylinders by an oxygen filling SYSTEM (PUMP/BOOSTER).
Filling Mainfold Cylinder Filling Station for Filling Oxygen Gas : Complete with control valves pressure gauge safety valve & pigtail connections points each.
Purity Testing Analyser : Digital automatic purity analyzer is used.
